Before You Call Consider This....

 

Have you seen newspaper or home magazine ads and it says to call a phone number, usually a toll free phone number, punch in a code, and receive pre-recorded property information?  

 

Most use a system to capture your phone number and maybe your name too - like caller ID - even if your number is unlisted.  This allows someone to follow up with you later. All you wanted was the property information for right now!  The property information - whether by phone, , or email - would certainly contain the agents contact information in case you wanted to reach them for more information, to see the property, etc.

 

We think the choice should be yours, and yours alone to make.  After all, you wanted preliminary information and if you were interested, you'd get in touch with the agent in the ad - right? 

 

Other Options:

 

   us with all the details you know (the MLS number (8 digits), the listing , the listing agent, price, property details/info, etc.).  We will email you the listing information.  No hassles.

 

Or....register to self-search the MLS. You can perhaps find the information yourself then when you are ready to seriously look, since we've been helpful to you, we'd ask that you allow us to help you find what you're looking for.

 

Then it's up to you to contact us for more information, to see the property, or if you'd like to work with us to automatically send you new listings by email meeting your criteria.  YOUR CHOICE! NOW YOU'RE IN CONTROL.
