expect their property to be shown to serious, prequalified or

prequalification or preapproval (or have your lender do it) letter
before
we look at homes. This is the proper first step toward finding
your new home. If you need help with this step, it's very
easy, it only takes about 5-10 minutes to talk with a lender and
have them us the prequalification letter, just

obligation for a pre-qualification letter.
PLEASE NOTE: We
generally do not show/sell in the city of Chicago itself,
except for the far north/northwest side---west of Narragansett,
north of North Avenue. So if you're looking in the
city, just email us with your requirements & price range and
we'll refer you to an agent that handles the city.
