The proper first step toward finding
your new home is to talk with a lender and get pre-approved for your
mortgage. Fax us your
prequalification or preapproval letter before we look at
homes (or have your lender do it). This will be of great benefit
to you when we start looking, especially when we find what you're
looking for. (This is a secure dedicated
fax machine, not available to anyone else. Contact us for the fax
number.)
We'll
do the work for you, then you just let us know which properties
you'd like to see - keep in mind that sellers and their agents
expect their property to be shown to serious, prequalified or
preapproved buyers. If you need help with this
step, it's very easy, it only takes about 5-10 minutes to talk with a
lender and have them us the prequalification letter. There's no cost or
obligation for a pre-qualification letter.
PLEASE NOTE: We
generally do not show/sell in the city of Chicago itself,
except for the far north/northwest side---west of Narragansett,
north of North Avenue. So if you're looking in the
city, just email us with your requirements & price range and
we'll refer you to an agent that handles the city.

transmission problem in sending/receiving, somehow ended up in the
"spam file", or other glitches).
