The truth about calling toll free numbers for property information...
Before you call consider this:
Have you seen ads in the newspapers or home
magazines to call a toll free phone number,
punch in a code, and receive property
information?
Many use a
system to capture your phone number and maybe your name too - like
caller ID - even if your number is unlisted. If so, most likely
your contact information is immediately sent to the agents phone, pager,
or voice mail to allow them to call you back right away to offer more
detailed information, to find out if you'd like to see the property, or
if they could otherwise help you with your real estate needs.
Sometimes your information is sent to a "call log" where the agent can
follow up later.
All you wanted
was the property information for right now! The property
information - whether by phone, , or email - would certainly contain
the agents contact information in case you wanted to reach them
for more information, to see the property, etc.
I think the
choice should be yours, and yours alone to make.
Another option:
Email us with all the
details you know (the MLS number (8 digits), the listing ,
the listing agent, price, property details/info, etc.). We will
